Cancellation Policy

Please note our booking cancellation policy. At the very least, tour cancellations incur a 15% booking fee. Less than 30 days before the tour date, a cancellation fee of 35% applies. Less than one week before the tour date, cancellation charges are 100%. If weather conditions prevent the tour from taking place, and only after confirmation from the guide, cancellation fees do not apply and a full refund will be given.
