Booking and Confirmation

Booking Options

You can make a booking online today by using the booking options: number of participants, number of Jet Skis, departure time (9:00 AM or 1:00 PM) and the name of your hotel in Huahine. Please note that each jet-ski has a capacity of maximum two persons. You can either rent one per person or have two persons on each one. To start your booking, simply click on “Book Now” and follow the checkout process.

Availability Confirmation

Note that we will first confirm the availability of your booking before processing the payment. It means that you will not be charged right away if you use a credit card, or that you will have to wait the confirmation before sending a payment with a bank wire. As soon as we confirm availability, we’ll inform you by email. If there’s no availability on the chosen date, we’ll get back in touch with you to suggest another one.

Deposit and Remaining Balance

When booking online, you’ll only need to make a 20% confirmation deposit to confirm your tour. You’ll be able to settle the remaining balance later on, either with a wire or when you’re already in Huahine. For example, you can choose to settle your balance on when you’re picked up at your hotel in the morning of your tour.

Cancellation Policy

Please note our booking cancellation policy. At the very least, a cancellation fee of 15% will be charged. Less than one week before the tour date, the cancellation fee is 100%. If weather conditions do not allow the tour to be organized, and only after confirmation from the guide, cancellation fees do not apply and a full refund will be made. Your understanding of these guidelines helps us to provide optimum service to all our customers.
