During the day, several activities and animations are on the program: snorkeling in crystal clear waters, weaving demonstration, observation of juvenile sharks in the Blue Lagoon of Rangiroa. Program and Itinerary

Pick-Up at Your Hotel

You will be picked up directly at your hotel or guesthouse on Rangiroa atoll, starting at 8:30 am. Once you arrive at the Avatoru marina, board your boat for the day and head for the Blue Lagoon.

Excursion to the Blue Lagoon of Rangiroa

The trip to the Blue Lagoon lasts about 60 minutes, during which you will have the impression of crossing an entire ocean, as Rangiroa’s lagoon is so gigantic! On the way, your guide will introduce you to the local culture, that of the Paumotu, and tell you about the life of the islands and their inhabitants.

Discovery of a Shark Nursery

The Blue Lagoon is one of the most beautiful places in Polynesia and one of the most beautiful lagoons in the world. You will see a shark nursery for a time of discovery and observation. This natural refuge is ideal for young sharks and you will be able to swim in shallow water in complete safety. The experience is grandiose, in contact with the aquatic fauna and in the presence of extraordinary panoramas.

Lunch Stop on a Motu

At lunch time, you will go to a private motu, a small intimate island between the ocean and the lagoon. A Polynesian meal awaits you. You will be served island specialties with coconut bread and of course the unavoidable Tahitian raw fish. Your guides will take advantage of this break to reveal the secrets of traditional weaving during a fun and playful workshop. On the way back, you will discover a superb snorkeling spot in the Avatoru channel. Carried by the current, you will swim in the company of harmless black-tip sharks and numerous rays. Don’t forget your mask and snorkel to make sure you don’t miss any of the aquatic spectacle!

Drop-off at Your Hotel

It means that you will not be charged right away if you use a credit card, or that you will have to wait the confirmation before sending a payment with a bank wire. Deposit and Remaining Balance

When booking online, you’ll only need to make a 15% confirmation deposit to confirm your tour. You’ll be able to settle the remaining balance later on, either with a wire or when you’re already in Rangiroa. For example, you can choose to settle your balance on when you’re picked up at your hotel in the morning of your tour.
