Program and Itinerary

Pick-up at Your Hotel

This private whale-watching tour in Moorea is available either as an half-day tour (morning or afternoon) or as a full day tour. In both case, it will start with a pick-up directly at your accommodation on the island. From there, you will go to the departure point, where you’ll board your boat. Two boats are available, depending on the size of your group. Boat n°1 can accommodate up to 7 persons and Boat n°2 can accommodate up to 12 persons.

Stop at the Sandbar

Your first stop will be on a sandbar where you can make your first launch. This is an opportunity to snorkel with the underwater inhabitants of the area, including tropical fishes, stingrays and black tip sharks.

Stroll in the Pass to Observe the Dolphins

The second highlight of the tour is in the pass, where you can observe its dolphin populations. Spinner dolphins are resident of the area, but you can also see spinner dolphins, and pilot whales depending on the time of the year. Whether they breach the surface, jump out of the water or play in the bow wave of your boat, this is an exceptional opportunity to admire these marine mammals up close.

Whale Watching

The highlight of the show is of course the observation of the humpback whales themselves. For this, your boat will go out to sea, where the whales pass every year between July and November. In accordance with the whale watching guidelines, you will approach and then be able to swim with the whales. An unforgettable moment in contact with these majestic beings.

Availability Confirmation

Deposit and Remaining Balance

Cancellation Policy

Please note our booking cancellation policy. At the very least, a cancellation fee of 15% will be charged. Less than one week before the tour date, the cancellation fee is 100%. If weather conditions do not allow the tour to be organized, and only after confirmation from the guide, cancellation fees do not apply and a full refund will be made.
